Custom-made clothing items, tailored specifically for each customer, are created and shipped directly from Nigeria. Due to the personalized nature of these garments, we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom-made products, as they are crafted to meet specific customer requirements.
For non-custom items such as hoodies, t-shirts, merchandise, and cosmetics, we offer returns and exchanges, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy below.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, you will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be refunded.
We accept payments in GBP (£) via Stripe, a secure payment gateway. All payments must be completed before products are dispatched. Please note that LLGL Fashion does not store any payment text.
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable VAT. As we currently only ship within the UK, no additional taxes or duties will apply to your order.
At this time, LLGL Fashion only offers shipping within the United Kingdom. All orders qualify for free standard shipping, with delivery times varying depending on your location within the UK.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include an estimated delivery date.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, LLGL Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to courier disruptions or other logistical issues.
As noted above, due to the bespoke nature of custom-made clothing items, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these products.
For other items such as merchandise, cosmetics, and non-tailored clothing (e.g., hoodies, t-shirts), customers may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For all custom-made clothing items, LLGL Fashion provides detailed measurement instructions to ensure that your garment is tailored to your exact specifications. It is essential that clients follow these instructions closely and provide accurate measurements.
LLGL Fashion will not be held accountable for any issues concerning the fit or sizing of custom-made garments where inaccuracies result from the client not adhering to the provided measurement guidelines. Should the garment not fit as expected due to errors in measurements provided by the client, the responsibility for covering the costs of any required alterations or adjustments will rest solely with the client.
As custom-made garments are tailored specifically to each client’s submitted measurements, LLGL Fashion does not offer alterations or amendments to these items post-production. We highly recommend that all clients double-check their measurements before submitting an order to ensure the best possible fit.
